Meeting Time & Location
Pack Meetings
Weekly Den Meetings
Our weekly Den meetings take place in the classrooms at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Convent. Led by our dedicated Den Leaders, these small group gatherings focus on age-appropriate activities, crafts, games, and skill-building exercises. Den meetings offer Scouts personalized attention and help them advance through their rank requirements in a supportive environment.
Monthly Pack Meetings
Once a month, the entire Pack 355 comes together in the OLQP Hall for our Pack meetings. These larger gatherings celebrate Scouts’ achievements, feature fun group activities, guest speakers, and provide important updates for parents. Pack meetings foster a sense of community and strengthen the bond between Scouts, leaders, and families.
Why Your Involvement Matters
• Shared Adventures: Cub Scouting is designed for families to engage together in activities, fostering stronger bonds and shared learning experiences.
• Supportive Growth: Your presence provides encouragement, helping Scouts develop confidence and resilience.
• Community Building: Active parents contribute to a vibrant Pack community, enriching the experience for all members.
By engaging with your Scout’s Den Leader and participating in meetings, you help create a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters growth, learning, and fun.
Your active involvement enriches the Scouting experience, not only for your child but for the entire Pack 355 community.

• Age-Appropriate Guidance: Den Leaders tailor activities to meet the developmental needs of each rank, from Lions (Kindergarten) to Arrow of Light (5th Grade).
• Advancement Support: They facilitate the completion of required adventures, ensuring Scouts acquire necessary skills and values.
• Parental Collaboration: Den Leaders work closely with parents, recognizing that active parental involvement is vital for a Scout’s success.
Note: For overnight activities, the Boy Scouts of America requires all adults staying overnight to be registered as adult volunteers with current Youth Protection Training. However, in Cub Scouting, parents or legal guardians participating in overnight programs with their own child are not required to register as leaders.
